Summer is almost over and with Buellton being a perfect location just a few hours away from both Los Angeles and San Francisco - why not pack up the car or van or truck and head over? Come for a night or two or ten and have a blast in one of the best cities on the Central Coast!

Some think that Buellton is just a pit stop - somewhere to get gas or a quick bite to eat, but if you look around we have incredibly unique places to eat, stay and play while you're here. Of course we have the staple fast food - but we also have delicious eateries just a few minutes from Highway 101. 

Ever since the movie Sideways premiered more than 10 years ago, dining in Buellton has exploded! Especially at The Hitching Post II - they are known for their world class steaks rubbed with "Magic Dust" a unique blend of salt and spices - they won't leave you hungry.

Whether you love wine, beer or are more of a foodie we have it all because Buellton is in the heart of the best agriculture on the central coast! The locally sourced food movement is growing especially among our top chefs who work with farmers to have the freshest ingredients possible!

Buellton is a central location to all of what the Santa Ynez Valley and Central Coast has to offer. There are so many places to visit from sightseeing attractions like the ostrich farm, we have world class golfing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, minutes to the beach and of course hundreds of amazing wineries, breweries and one special distillery to try! 

Buellton is also home to many amazing events from the Buellton Brewfest, Buellton Wine & Chili Festival, holiday and seasonal events and charity fundraisers such as the People Helping People Polo Classic. There is always something exciting going on!
